We work exclusively with moissanite and lab-grown diamonds. Both offer exceptional brilliance, durability, and beauty while serving as ethical and sustainable alternatives to mined diamonds.
Are your diamonds ethical and sustainable?
Yes. Our lab-grown diamonds and moissanite are conflict-free and created using significantly fewer environmental resources than traditional mining. We believe true luxury should never come at the expense of people or the planet.
What metals are used in your jewelry?

Is your jewelry made to last?

Are your pieces made to order?
Our core collections are available for purchase and are not made to order. Custom or made-to-order pieces may be offered on a limited basis and typically require additional production time. All custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping times, duties, taxes, and customs fees vary by destination and are the responsibility of the customer. Aveline & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Who is responsible for customs duties and import fees?
Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Refusal to pay these fees does not qualify for a refund.
What happens if my package is delayed, lost, or stolen?
Shipping delays may occur due to courier issues, customs processing, weather conditions, or events beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Aveline & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. While we may assist with filing a carrier claim when possible, replacement or refund is not guaranteed.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to hygiene and quality control standards, all jewelry sales are final.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if an item arrives damaged or defective. Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours of receipt to be eligible for review.
Custom, made-to-order, and worn items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
What if I change my mind after ordering?
We encourage customers to review product details carefully and reach out with any questions prior to placing an order. At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for preference-based reasons.
Do you offer custom designs?
We focus on a curated collection to maintain consistent quality and design integrity. Custom requests may be considered on a limited basis. Please contact us to inquire about availability.
